Pink

I'm thinking pink may be the ultimate color....next to black and white of course. Black and white go with everything...but that's a given. Some people would argue that they aren't "colors" but pink, nobody can argue that pink isn't a "color" I mean really. To boot, it goes with every other color. I truly cannot think of a color it doesn't go with and I'm looking for somebody to challenge this thought because out of 28 years of life this simple thought just occured to me yesterday! It goes well with orange, brown, yellow, red, green, blue, purple, white, black and different shades of those colors also. I may be somewhat partial because pink is my signature color...well fuschia I should say if we are going to be all technical. That lovely mix between pink and purple, that to me, represents a sort of "passion." Like the stain in your cup after drinking grape juice. So nice. That's another thing, I've realized, over the past few years, that I have this habit of linking colors to foods when I'm describing them. Hmm....odd, but I'm sure that's a whole other blog post in itself! Pink....in my opinion....a most versatile color!
