Say that three times fast. Hell say it once! " Dear Lord, tell me there is an easy pronunciation to this word. Some rule that makes half the letters silent. Is it crazy to ask for words to come with a warning attached to them?

I actually knew that is what a blood pressure cuff is callled. Cause more than one I've taken a sick toddler to the docs with not enough toys and end up playing with things in the room while we wait...tongue depressers, cotton balls and the blood pressure cuff, which says sphygmomanameter right on it!
