Future Etsy Shop

Since my "Creative Genius" post I've had a few inquiries as to what exactly I would be designing and selling. As well as some people even asking what Etsy is. So in effort to tie up some loose ends. Etsy is, in my mind, the "be all" site for creative people like myself who love to create and dabble in the art world but haven't found their niche. There are so many things you could purchase on the site. Just think of areas such as artwork, accessories, fashion and gifts. There are people from all over the world in one place to share, sell, dabble and be aesthetic. It's great! If you want to check it out personally there is a link on this page under sites. Or of course you could just type it in http://www.etsy.com/

As for what I will be selling. I still have not narrowed it down completely. I am starting with wedding invitations and will be expanding from there. Possibilities include other party invitations, place cards, greeting cards and such. I would love to eventually dabble in other things as well. I've always had an urge to take a course in refinishing furniture and upholstery. I would love to get old antique pieces and update them while still preserving the vintage characteristics. Think: eclectic, modern, bohemian. For now though, I still have a "day job" and a mortgage so I'm starting with invitations. I've included a sneak peak of some designs below. Let me know what you think. A great artist needs feedback!
